摘要
用C-分带技术鉴定六倍体燕麦的21对染色体并建立燕麦的C带核型模式,发现燕麦的21对染色体分成3组,每组7对,其中C组染色体分布有较多的异染色质区域,染色较深,很容易与A组和D组区分开。A组和D组染色体染色较浅,尽管每对染色体都有自己的特征带。
The C banding techniques was used to identify individual 21 pairs chromosomes of hexaploid oat (Avena Spp., 2 n=6x= 42) and to establish a C banded karyotype of hexaploid oat. The hexaploid cowplement is composed of three sets of seven chromosome pairs. Among the three sets, heterochromatin is more spread thronghout the C genme, the dark staining C genome chromosomes are easily distinquished from the light staining A and D genomes. Although C banding permits the identification of all 21 pairs of chromosomes, but the A and D genomes cannot be readily differentiated based on their banding patterns, it was difficult for us to assigne the other 14 poirs chromosomes of hexaploid oat to special genome unless more cytological and molecular data were obtained.
