要建立民主的、正常的党委会内部关系就要贯彻党内民主原则。贯彻群众路线和开展调查研究是党委会的基本工作方法。党内民主和党内团结,是相辅相成的两个重要方面。党委会不但要增强自己内部的团结,而且还要通过正确的工作方法,不断加强党内的团结统一,增强党的凝聚力和战斗力。

To establish the democratic, normal internal relationship inside the CPC committees, we need to carry through the principle of intra - party democracy. Carrying through the mass route and doing well the work of investigation and research are the basic working methods of the CPC committees. Intra - party democracy and intra - party solidarity are two important aspects that support each other. The CPC committees must not only enhance their internal solidarity, but also, through correct working methods, strengthen the intra -party unification and improve the cohesion and battle effectiveness of the Party continuously.
