摘要
由于CAD系统的独立性,传统的虚拟装配系统通常需要通过中性文件来重构CAD系统信息,而修改模型又必须返回到CAD系统。采取"在CAD中增加VR功能"的技术路线,给出了一种面向虚拟装配的VR与CAD系统信息集成技术。研究表明,以该集成技术为核心开发的虚拟装配系统有效地克服了传统虚拟装配系统和CAD系统之间难以双向传递信息的问题,用户能够在虚拟装配环境中直接操纵CAD模型;同时,对传统CAD鼠标键盘操作的结果也能够在虚拟装配环境中直接呈现。
In traditional virtual assembly systems, the middle files are commonly used to convert CAD data, and the modification of models has to be performed in CAD systems. Through introducing virtual reality (VR) into CAD, an information integration technology between VR and CAD for virtual assembly was proposed. It is shown that, based on the present bi-directional information transform technology between a virtual assembly system and a CAD software, the CAD models can be directly manipulated in a virtual environment and any modification by mouse and keyboard can be displayed in real-time.
