摘要
为了满足绿色设计中产品规划的需要,构建了基于环境质量功能配置的绿色产品规划模型。将产品全生命周期客户环境需求按不同组群进行分类采集,以全生命周期内广义客户最大满意度为目标函数,以产品开发成本、工程特性的极限值等为约束,充分利用了质量屋中的各种信息,得到了相应的产品工程特性的目标值。以豆浆机产品为实例验证了该模型和方法。
To meet the requirement of product planning in green design, a product planning model based on quality function deployment for environment (QFDE) is constructed. In this model, customer requirements are analyzed based on customer groups which are divided by their roles in product life cycle. The maximum of customer satisfaction is the target function. Under the constraint condition of development cost and the limitation of technique characteristic, the target value of technique characteristic is evaluated by the information of the house of quality. Finally, the product planning for a soybean milk maker is given as a case.
