摘要
目的:应用基因芯片技术进行喉鳞状上皮细胞癌相关基因表达谱差异分析,筛选喉鳞状上皮细胞癌相关基因。方法:从4例喉鳞状上皮细胞癌中相同患者体内取喉鳞状细胞癌组织和癌旁正常组织,应用含有人类全基因组的基因芯片进行分析。结果:在4例喉鳞状上皮细胞癌中共同基因表达显著差异的有349条,其中112条表达上调,237条表达下调。结论:基因芯片能提供大量喉癌相关基因表达谱的信息,分析这些差异表达的基因能够阐明喉鳞状上皮细胞癌复杂的生物学特性与基因表达之间的内在联系,并识别肿瘤的标记物,为进一步研究喉鳞状上皮细胞癌发生、发展相关基因打下基础。
Objective:Using cDNA microarray to search for laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) associated gene profiling differentially expressed and to screen LSCC associated genes. Methods:LSCC tissues and normal para-tumor tissues from the same patients in 4 cases and their gene expression profiles were screened using eDNA microarrays which contained the whole human being genome. Results:A cDNA microarray analysis revealed significant changes in the expression of 349 genes,with 112 genes being up-regulated and 237 genes being down-regulated in all 4 cases. Conclusion:cDNA microarray provided a large body of information regarding gene expression profiles associated with LSCC. Analysis of the genes profile could not only interpret LSCC complicated relation between biologic characteristics and genes differentially expressed, hut also identify the marker of LSCC. The cDNA microarray results would be the basis of studying tumorigenesis and development of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma in the future.
