摘要
本文研究了以锰代钼高铬铸铁在铸态，预处理淬火工艺和去稳化处理工艺条件下锰在基体中的分布行为。结果表明，预处理是造成锰在基体中不均匀分布的主要原因。从而对预处理淬火工艺使残余奥氏体降低问题作出理论上的解释。
: The distribution behaviur of Mn in the matrix of the high-chromium cast iron has been studied as cast and the condition of the prequenching and the destabiligation.The results show that main reason why Mn in the matrix is inhomogeneousdistribution. Thus it was explicatea in theory why the prethreatment makes residual austenite decreased.
