摘要
目的探索柴胡对肝郁证大鼠中枢神经递质的作用。方法利用中医证候模型,研究柴胡对单胺类神经递质的作用。结果肝郁证模型组大鼠脑内NE与DA水平与对照组比较下降明显(P<0.05);肝郁证模型加逍遥散组大鼠脑内NE与DA水平与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);肝郁证模型加柴胡组大鼠脑内NE与DA水平与对照组比较也无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论肝郁证大鼠脑内NE与DA水平明显降低,柴胡舒肝解郁,有增加肝郁证大鼠脑内NE、DA神经递质的作用。
Objective To explore the action of Radix Bupleuri on the central neurotransmitter of rat contracted the stagnation of liver-qi. Method Applying the symptomatic model of TCM authors studied the effect of Radix Bupleuri on the monoamines neurotransmitter. Results Compared with the eontroled group, the NE and DA decreased greatly in the brains of rats suffered from the stagnation of liver-qi (P〈0.05); when the rats having stagnation liver-qi were administrated with ease powder-a recipe to treat stagnation of liver-qi and deficiency of blood and spleen, the NE and DA in the brain of rats had't any obvious change; similarly, when they were given Radix Bupleuri instead of ease powder, no remarkable alteration of the NE and DA was caused in the brains of sick rats due to stagnation. Conclusion When suffered from stagnation of liver-qi, the rats have a considerable reduction of the NE and DA in the brain. Radix Bupleuri is used to disperse the stagnated liver-qi, having the function of increasing the neurotransmitter of NE and DA in the rats brain.
