摘要
介绍采用气体渗碳和气体碳氮共渗工艺取代氯盐液体渗碳工艺处理飞壳)、除质量达到要求外,还消除了三废污染,改善了劳动条件。并论述工艺参数的确定和讨论了取消低温回火工序的可能性。
Fly housing is treated by gas carburizing and gas carbonitriding instead of cyanide liquid carburizing, Not only fulfilling quality requirements but also removing 'the three wastes' polution and triproving the work condition. The definition of the technical parameters and the possibility to omit the low tempering have been discussed also.
