摘要
中国元文化是"道器并重"的文化,也即注重理论与实践相结合的文化。人类文化是多元的,每一种文化都有自己一定的普适价值。但是,普适价值并不平衡,各国所追求的应该是最符合自己生存和发展的那种文化。虽然文化互有差异,但其文化尊严是一样的。"全球化"应该首先让人类在那些共同的基本观念上达成共识,认识和遵守共同的道德和彼此间的"游戏"规则。
The original Chinese culture stresses an equal emphasis on Dao (truth) and Qi (means). In other words, combination of theory and practice is considered important. With human beings’ culture diverse in nature, each culture must have its own value universal to itself. However, such value does not fit all and what human beings pursue should be the one that will serve their own survival and development. Although cultures are different, cultural dignity is the same. 'Globalization' is pre-condition to the common sense on basic issues, the reorganization and compliance with jointly-holding morality, and sharing understanding of the great significance of the 'rules' of games for both sides.
