沈阳市企业技术创新与就业关系的实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过选择沈阳市创新活动较为活跃的两家制造业企业作为典型,实证研究了企业技术创新与就业关系,其结果显示:拥有核心技术的产品创新对就业的拉动较大,而生产的饱和程度、劳动力结构的变化都会抵消技术创新对就业的拉动作用。而沈阳市企业缺乏原创型技术创新,是技术创新活动对劳动力就业拉动不足的根本原因。 By selecting two active manufacturing enterprises in innovation as example, researches the relationship between enterprise's technology innovation and employment, results show:product innovation with key technology has stronger promotion for employment, however, both saturation degree of production and change of labour structure will offset the promotion of technology innovation for employment. Lacking of original technology innovation is the essential reason that technology innovation of enterprises in Shenyang has not strong promotion for employment.
