摘要
在元认知理论基础上结合外语教学特点,提出了系统的元认知训练方案,并把此方案应用到高职外语听力教学中,并进行了一个学期的教学实验。训练前后的数据分析表明,元认知训练有利于提高学生的外语听力元认知水平和听力成绩。
On the basis of metacognitive theory, combining the characteristics of foreign language teaching, puts forward the systemic metacognitive training proposal, and applies this proposal to foreign language listening teaching of higher vocational education for a semester. Pre - testing and post - testing analysis indicates that metacognitive training makes students improve their foreign language listening metacognition and listening achievement.
