摘要
介绍一种由单片机控制的误差补偿系统,利用感应同步器数显装置对定尺零位误差进行补偿。采用水平分割使误差基本控制在正、负一个脉冲补偿当量内。本方法同样适用于机床定位误差、刀具磨损、受力。
A single chip computer controlled error compensating system uses digital display of inductosyn to compensate errors of scaled zero position. The parallel dividing is adopted and the error is controlled within ±1 pulse compensating equivalent. The method is also available to compensate positioning error of machine tool, worn cutter, forces, thermal deformation and motion error of machine tool.
