摘要
以S195曲轴的加工为例,从曲轴的加工特点、工艺、定位方法等方面进行分析,阐述了产生这一缺陷的原因并提出解决措施。
In crankshaft manufacturing factories, similar processes are used in machining link. The rough machined link with enough allowance for finishing, but some diagonal symmetric parts at the R side of link neck about the center line can not be ground out completely. Taking S195 crankshaft machining as an example, an analysis is made on the features, processes and positioning in crankshaft machining. The solution is suggested for the problem.
