Mechanism of Dynamic Abrasive Machining of Gear and Its Experiment

摘要 针对国内外齿轮精加工技术的现状及趋势,探索一种硬齿面以研代磨新工艺,应用动态研磨和误差均化理论,经过理论分析和大量实验研究。 Based on the state of the arts and trends of gear finish machining technology both at home and abroad, a new technological process is suggested and the process may replace hardened gear grinding by abrasive machining. By using of the theory of dynamic lapping and errors uniform, the theoritical analysis and great experiments are made on the process and some advances are chieved.
