摘要
利用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)等手段,研究了ZA27合金液表面氧化膜微细特性。一般认为这种合金的氧化膜主要成分是Al2O3。试验发现,氧化膜内除发现氧化态Al3+外,还发现有相当数量的ZnO和金属Zn0存在,少量的Mg2+明显富集在膜表面,也有少量金属Cu0滞留于氧化膜中,氧化膜中金属离子明显过剩。生产实践表明,这种氧化结果是导致合金液Zn含量减少、Al含量相对增加的原因之一。
The microcharacteristics of the oxide film on the surface of ZA27 melt were investigated using X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscope (XPS), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and X-ray Diffraction (XRD) etc. Contrary to expectations, the oxide film consists mainly of ZnO, Al^3+ and Zn_O while a small amount of Mg^2+ and Cu_O also exist in the film. The ions of Mg^2+ are obviously concentrated on the surface of the film. In these oxides, the phenomenon of metallic ions excess is quite evident. In addition, it has been proven that, partially due to the oxidizing, the contents of Zn in the melt will decrease and that of Al will increase.
