临床路径作为一种临床诊疗规范化管理方式，对于提高病患护理的效率和质量具有重要意义。近年。随着数字化医院的建设和电子病历的普及，临床路径的电子化研究也越来越为人们所关注。介绍了临床路径的发展和应用，提出一种制定电子化临床路径的新方法，即基于本体的临床路径电子化方法；并在分析该方法科学性与可行性的同时，举例说明本体在临床路径研究中的重要作用及给医疗信息化带来的众多益处。

As a standard management mode for clinical diagnosis, the clinical pathway is of great significance to improve the efficiency and quality for patient nursing. With the digital hospital construction and electronic medical records popularization, the electronic research of the clinical pathway is drawing increasingly the public attention in recent years. This text presents the development and application of the clinical pathway and brings forward a new method to formulate electronic clinical pathway, i.e. electronic method of ontology-based clinical pathway. During scientificalness and feasibility analysis of such method, examples are given to illustrate the significance of the ontology in the clinical pathway research and benefits brought to medical informationization.
