摘要
介绍了离心铸造磨球的工艺,以及转速、内浇口断面积计算方法和影响工艺过程的因素。在离心铸球工艺中,可应用有效重度和等效压头原理计算转速和内浇口断面积。转速在500~700r/min和每个内浇口面积不小于0.4cm2时,铸球内部晶粒度达到6~7级,硬度值分布均匀。同时分析了在旋转的浇注系统中,金属液运动的规律。
The technology of grinding ball by centrifugal casting, the rotational speed, the method for calculation of ingate area and factors influencing technological process were introduced. It is suggested to apply the principle of effective gravity and equivalent pressure head to calculate the rotational speed and ingate area in the processing of grinding ball by centrifugal casting. The grain size in the ball attained up to 6-7 degree and the hardness was uniformly distributed, when the rotational speed within the range 500-700 r/min and each ingate area is not as low as 0.4 cm 2. The moltion law of molten metal in the rotational gate was analysed.
