摘要
运用QC(质量管理)方法,并结合统计分析,查找出了影响气孔的主要因素。通过制订合理的对策和采取适当的措施,使钛铸件由于气孔缺陷而造成的废品数量大大减少。
With the application of QC method, combined with the mathematical statistical analysis, The main factors that affect the gas hole are found. The quantity of Ti casting scrap that resulted from the gas hole is greatly decreased by making rational countermeasures and taking proper measures. Productive practice proved that the gas hole defect of Ti castings could be greatly avoided and the quality of Ti castings improved if the research achievements were consolidated.
