摘要
目的:探讨PPH手术治疗痔病的疗效和价值。方法:采用美国强生公司的PPH01专用器械对45例痔病患者作吻合痔上黏膜及黏膜下层环切术。结果:吻合均一次成功,平均手术时间25 min,平均住院3.1 d,无严重并发症,手术过程顺利,无术中大出血等手术意外情况。结论:PPH治疗症状性环状痔具有手术简单、疗效显著,术后痛苦轻、并发症少、恢复正常生活早、住院时间短等特点。
Objective： To investigate the effect and value of the PPH in treating serve the hemonhoids. Methods. Used the PPH 01 special instrument（made by the US Qiang Sheng Comp. ）to do the stapled hemonhoide for 45 patients. Results.Operations were all succeed. The mean time of operation was 25 mins. The mean hospital stay time was 3.1 days. Operation succeed all without severe complications, bleeding and other accidents. Conclusion-PPH operation is simple and has significant effect in treating serve the symptomatic hemonhoids with lesseomplications, less pain and short hospital stay time. So the patients can start their day life caller after operation.
