肝脏局灶性病变磁共振动态增强扫描时机的掌握及护理

摘要 目的:探讨肝脏局灶性病变磁共振动态增强对比剂注射时机的掌握及护理要点。方法:回顾性研究行磁共振动态增强的肝内局灶性病变患者121例,总结其扫描时机和护理要点。结果:121例患者中,106例获满意图像,所有病例均得出明确的磁共振诊断。结论:行动态增强MRI时,精确控制扫描时间和精心护理患者,取得患者配合是提高肝内占位病变的有效方法。 Objective:To explore scanning time and nuring care of dynamically enhanced magnetic resonce imaging in focal liver lesions. Methods:To study scanning time and nursing care for 121 patients with focal liver lesions of dynamically enhanced magnetic resonance imaging in retrospect. Results: 106 of 121 patients receive confident imagines, all patients gained specific diagnosis. Conclusion: It's an effective method for improving detection and characterization of hepatic space occupying lesions to control scanning time accurately and meticulous nursing care.
