Study on Peasants Participation Mechanism in Tourism Planning and Development of Underdeveloped Areas

西方的旅游社区参与经历了将旅游看做对社区进行简单叠加的分离层到把旅游与社区建设整合在一起的过程。而类似于中国的发达中国家,社区参与旅游开发有与西方截然不同的经济、社会、文化等制度背景。因此在参照西方旅游社区参与理论的基础上,结合中国农民所处的经济文化等既定事实,重新审视农民参与问题的研究逻辑和思路,就如何让农民参与旅游开发这一机制设计问题结合中国制度约束条件,尝试性找出可行性相关对策。

Tourism community participation of western countries has experienced from the separation to the integration between the tourism industry and the local community economy.In the developing countries like China,the tourism community participation is endowed with different institutional backgrounds of economy,social life,cultures.So this essay rethinks the logics and points about the research on peasant participation,based on western tourism community participation theories and considering the existent fact in the background of economics and culture where the Chinese peasants are living,then tries to design the practical countermeasures on how to motive the peasants＇ participation in the content of Chinese institutes constraints.
