摘要
本文讨论了人工智能、专家系统及CAD在金属切削机床主轴箱设计的应用,分别介绍了机床主传动系统转速图自动生成过程、机床齿轮箱有关零部件的智能CAD和机床主轴动态及优化设计软件系统。
This paper discusses the application of artificial intelligence, expert system and CAD to the design of spindle box for metalworking machine tools. It introduces separately automatic generating procedure of a tachogram of main drive for machine tools, intelligent CAD of gearbox-related parts in machine tools, and software system of dynamic and optimal design of the spindle for machine tools.
