摘要
以引进并经过本土化改造的"阶段变化理论模型"为依据,对常州4所本科院校一至四年级学生的体育锻炼行为进行初步调查研究,结果表明:有一定比例的大学生基本上不参加体育锻炼,其中女大学生存在随年级升高不参加锻炼人数逐步递增的不良现象;大部分学生只是有时参加体育锻炼而未能养成习惯;大学生体育锻炼行为具有阶段性动力特征,须借助不同的干预措施来促使锻炼人群由低级阶段向高级阶段有效转变。
Guided by the theory on "Stage of Change Model ", the author carried out preparatory investigation on physical exercise activities Of the students of Grade 1 to 4 in four colleges of Changzhou which proved the following facts:a certain portion of the students do not participate in physical exercise, moreover the number of the female students who don't do it increases with the grade rises;most of the students do physical exercise occasionally,but they don't form the habit. Their performances have characteristics of phased- motivation. Some countermeasures have been put forward.
