直肠全系膜切除结合保留盆腔自主神经术在保护直肠癌患者远期排尿功能的研究

摘要 随着淋巴结清扫范围的扩大，如侧方淋巴结的清扫以及全盆脏器切除术的应用和日益成熟，进展期直肠癌患者的生存率已明显改善。但是随着手术范围的扩大，术中不可避免地会损伤盆腔自主神经，术后患者的排尿及性功能会受到不同程度的影响成为日益突出的问题。目前直肠全系膜切除（TME）手术方式已成为医学界公认的治疗中低位直肠癌的“金标准”。由于TME强调在直视下锐性分离，
