关于脏腑位置的争论及其结构分析方法

Argument of Visceral Location in TCM and Analysis of Structure

通过对中医学中有关三焦及肝位置争论的分析，提出了中医学的脏腑位置较解剖位置更多的内涵。本质上它们是对对应于人体整体功能的某种内在结构机制的概括，这种结构既是空间的，又是时间的，是时空结构的统一。因而，从已确定的整体功能入手，具体地分析真正对应于这种功能的内在结构，是中医学脏腑位置认识的基本出发点，也是中医学的主要结构分析方法，而脏腑的空间位置只是人体结构的一种。认为中医学的结构分析方法，对于中医理论的现代研究，具有十分重要的科学价值。

Through analyzing argument of locations of liver and triple-jiao in traditional Chinese medicine,the author suggests that locations of zang ang fu organs in TCM have more connotation than these in western medicine,believing that they are in fact a summation of the intrinsic structural machanism corresponding to the function of the whole body.This structure is both a time structure and a space structure,and,what is more important,the structure combining both the space and time.Therefore,it is an essestial viewpoint for TCM to analyze the intrinsic structure corresponding to the function of whole body on the basis of knowing exactly the function first.This is of a great scientific value for modern study of TCM theories.
