The Research of Peasant-Workers' Social Inclusion and Happiness Index in Building a Harmonious Society

随着我国工业化、城市化的发展,作为建设社会主义和谐社会的重要力量之一的农民工能否顺利地融入城市社会,能否与城市居民进行良好的互动已经成为学术界的研究热点。针对现阶段农民工社会融入的现状,分析了其存在障碍的原因,并提出了解决问题的一些可行性对策。

In recent years, with the deepening of China＇ s urbanization, ＂peasant - workers＂, a special group who stand between the urban and rural farmers are drawing more and more attention. It is being widely studied how well they interact with urban residents, how well they are assimilated by the cities where they offer their services, how their happiness index can be increased, etc. This article describes the status quo of peasant - workers＇ social inclusion, analyses the causes of the obstacles, and then puts forward a series of feasible measures to overcome them.
