循环经济理论的完善及粪便资源化管理

Management of Urban Dejection Resources in Theory of Circular Economy

循环经济作为一种最大限度地利用资源和保护环境的经济发展模式,引起国际社会的极大重视。但是目前的循环经济理论和实践中存在着一个很大的空白,那就是忽略了人体排泄物(主要是城市粪便)的循环利用问题,由于这一理论和实践上的空白,不仅使得人与土地之间的物质循环链条难以修复,而且破坏了水体中的物质循环。本文以马克思主义环境思想为指导,提出将城市粪便纳入循环经济视野,对其实现资源化管理,完善和发展循环经济理论和实践。

Circular economy theory arouses great attention in the international society as a kind of economic development mode which emphasizes the full use of resources. The theoretical and practical blank in circular economy theory is the management of human dejection, especially urban dejection, which influences the substance circulation between human and land and the substance circulation in water body. The paper proposes that unban dejection should be taken into the circular economy frame and the management should be carried out in accordance with Marxist environmental thoughts to improve circular economy theory and practice.
