优秀残疾运动员训练情况的调查研究

The Investigation of Training on Disabled Athletes

对国家特奥羽毛球队、国家残奥田径队(投掷项目)、自行车队、轮椅击剑队、南京市盲人学校等79名优秀运动员进行了问卷调查。结果显示:残疾运动员的选拔多通过残联上门联系,较少通过残疾人群众性体育组织或体育活动发现优秀苗子。喜爱运动、获得自尊和自信是多数残疾运动员参加训练的主要动机,训练对残疾人改变最大的方面是使其生活更加充实和获得成就感及自信。残疾运动员对于竞技体育的功利性有较客观的认识。残疾人体育训练竞赛的健全人化、功利化使得残疾运动员伤病发生增加,有违残疾人体育宗旨。

The research investigated 79 excellent Disabled athletes from National Special Olympic Badminton Team, National Paralympics Track and Field Team （throwing items）, Bicycling Team, Wheelchair Fencing Team and Nanjing Blind Person School. The results showed that choosing disabled athletes is mainly through disabled persons＇ federation. The motivations of participating in disable sports included enjoying sports, winning self--esteem and self--confidence. The most significant changes were to enrich life and obtain sense of achievement and self--confidence. Disabled athletes can objectively recognize utilitarian sports, furthermore, utilitarian disable sports lead to the increase in sports injury, which deviates the purpose of disable sports.
