So researching on the bow--arms proper enerting strength reasonably can not only enhance the skills and accuracy of shooting but also can promote athletes being successful in short period. With the theoretical knowledge and years of analyze and make research on using strength reasonably of bow--arms. Furthermore it can provide the theoretical basis for the training of shooting arrow.
