摘要
通过对尖子运动员思想教育现状及成因的分析,提出加强沟通是达到加强运动员的思想政治教育工作的途径之一,分析沟通的分类和优缺点,沟通的实际应用和应遵循的原则,从而促进尖子运动员和整个优秀运动队的管理。
This thesis analyzed the ideological education and current situation of top athletes and then find that strengthen communication is a way to achieve the ideological and political education, thus contributing to the management of top athletes and the sports team.
