摘要
知识经济时代,将人力资源管理中的绩效管理运用于体育教学过程,人力资源管理中的绩效管理又是人力资源管理的核心问题。绩效管理作为一套系统的管理活动过程,用于建立体育教学目标与个人目标以及如何达成该目标的共识,进而实行体育教学过程的管理,以提升目标完成的可能性,使体育教学组织行为与体育教学目标的实现相互统一。
Knowledge economy, knowledge--base economy times, achievement effect in applying to sports teaching process, Human Resource Management achievement effect in Human Resource Management is managed manage the core problem being Human Resource Management. The achievement effect manages the management process as a set of system, is used for the common view building the sports teaching target and the individual target and how to reaching that target, administration putting sports teaching process into practice then, sports teaching organizes behavior and sports teaching target realization unites mutually in order to promoting the possibility, messenger that the target accomplishes.
