摘要
目的探讨钻孔抽吸治疗兔实验性膝骨关节炎的组织病理学变化。方法采用健康雄性家兔,按文献方法制作膝骨关节炎的模型,并抽髓腔血液作病理学观察。结果钻孔抽吸治疗组的骨内压随时间的延长而降低,软骨退变程度造模后8周与造模后5周相比有明显修复表现;空白对照组的骨内压随时间的延长变化不明显,软骨退变程度造模后8周与造模后5周相比有加重表现。结论钻孔抽吸对兔实验性膝骨关节炎具有一定治疗作用。
Objective To study the histopathologic changes of transcranial punching aspiration on experimental knee osteoarthritis in rabbits. Methods The model of knee osteoarthritis was established in rabbits and the histopathological changes of medulla cavity were observed. Results Cartilage degeneration in blank control group was increased with time, and there was significant difference between 5th week and 8th week. Compared with blank control group, transcranial punding aspiration could significantly decrease bone intrinsic pressure, alleviate cartilage degeneration. Conclusion Transcranial punching aspiration has therapeutic effect on experimental osteoarthritis.
