近年来,聊城市民营经济不断增强,产业结构日趋优化,这不仅壮大了聊城综合经济实力,而且也增加了就业,提高了劳动者收入水平。但与山东省其他地市相比,还存在总量小、层次低,发展相对不平衡,发展环境亟待改善等问题。这些问题存在的关键在于企业资金匮乏。因此,以练就内功,构筑融资平台为基础,实现政府职能、金融业务、民营企业协会职能、融资渠道等多方面的创新,是聊城市民营经济不断迈向新台阶的必由之路。

But the lack of funds has led to small output,low level,economy imbalance,and poor environment. In such conditions,innovating the government functions, financial business,private enterprises association functions, and financing channels can improve the ptivate enterprises of Liaocheng city.
