摘要
针对洛阳分公司铁路运输部油气回收装置油气系统,运用DOW火灾爆炸危险指数法对油气系统的火灾爆炸危险性进行评价,最后提出了针对性安全对策。
This paper applies DOW's Fire and Explosion Index to assess the fire and explosion risk in the oil and gas system in Oil and Gas Recovery Unit at Rail Transportation Division of Luoyang Company, and advances corresponding safety measures.
