摘要
针对我国目前雨水系统规划设计方法存在的问题,为保障城市排水的安全,本文首先分析对比了国内雨水系统规划设计中的差异;然后,在此分析的基础上,结合我国的经济技术水平,提出了需要基于模型对城市雨水排除总体规划进行优化,并以优化结果指导下阶段雨水系统的规划设计,优化方法主要包括:资料收集、城市雨水系统模型建立、设计工况校核分析、问题分析及雨水系统调整、雨峰位置调整优化;最后,以北京市平谷新城为案例进行了分析。
With the urban development, the design scope of urban stormwater system planning was enlarged, which exceeded the applicability of traditional scope of urban stormwater system planning based on reasoning formula method. The design scope problem may lead to the result warp and influence the security of stormwater system. In order to ensure the water draining safety, methodology on urban stormwater system planning and design need to be modified and improved. Firstly, compared and analyzed was the differences of planning and design of urban stormwater system between in domes- tic and oversea. Secondly, according to fundamental realities of our country, put forward was model based the methodology on urban stormwater system planning optimization, which includes the data collection, establishment of urban stormwater system model, simulation and analysis for proofread, problems analysis and stormwater system adjustment, and optimization in different rainfall apex. Finally, a case study of Bering Pinggu New Town was performed
