1个Avr/Cf介导的差异表达基因在番茄抗叶霉病中作用的基因沉默分析

摘要 Avr/Cf介导产生过敏性反应时特异表达的cDNA-AFLP片段,称为ACE(Avr/Cf-elicited)片段,从中挑选1个未知功能的基因(记为ACE5)(GeneBank登录号为CK348288),利用VIGS技术对该片段相应基因进行基因沉默分析,分析该基因在植株生长和发育以及番茄抗叶霉病中的作用。结果表明该差异表达片段相应基因对本氏烟的生长发育以及Avr/Cf介导的HR反应均无影响。 An ACE(Avr/Cf- elicited)gene fragment, ACE5, is a cDNA -AFLP fragment corresponding to a gene specifically expressed during Avr/Cf- dependent hypersensitive response (HR). ACE5 is chosen as a representative for VIGS analysis to elucidate its possible roles in plant growth and development, and in Avr/Cf- dependent HR. The function of ACE5 is not known.
