摘要
本文综述了喹诺酮类抗菌药物的发展历程和喹诺酮金属化合物的配位结构和活性等方面的研究现状,展望了此类研究的发展趋势。
In this review article, the history of quinolones development and the crystal structures, and the bioactivity of quinolone - metal compounds are presented and discussed. The result of the developing trends of quinolones is also included.
