国外组织信任研究的现状及展望

摘要 组织信任研究是近年来比较热的话题,信任问题也已经成为社会学、管理学领域研究的重要问题。文章分析了国外组织信任研究活跃的背景,指出西方学者对组织信任的界定及组织信任的作用机制,另外,文章探讨了组织信任的研究方法的进展及组织信任有待研究的问题。 The study of organization trust is hot topic in recent years, the trust also has become a important issues in sociology, management research field . This paper analyzes the background of foreign research organizations active study, pointed out that Western scholars to define the organization's trust and the organization's. In addition, this article discusses research methods of the organization trust.
