甲状腺癌螺旋CT与B超诊断的价值探讨

Application of Spiral CT and Ultrasonography in Diagnosis of Thyroid Cancer

目的探讨螺旋CT与B超对甲状腺癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的45例甲状腺癌的螺旋CT与B超表现特征及诊断价值。结果螺旋CT、B超诊断甲状腺癌分别为35例、29例,诊断准确率分别为77.78%、64.44%,二者无显著性差异。而螺旋CT与B超联合诊断甲状腺癌共42例,诊断准确率提高到93.33%,具有统计学意义。结论螺旋CT联合B超诊断甲状腺癌可明显提高其诊断准确率。

Objective To study the value of spiral CT and ultrasonic in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer. Methods To have a retrospective analysis for the Spiral CT and ultrasonic findings and their diagnosis value of 45 cases of pathologically proved thyroid cancer. Results The diagnosis accu- rate rate of thyroid cancer by Spiral CT and ultrasound were 77.78% （35/45） and 64.44% （29/45） , and there were no statistically significance, while for spiral CT in combination with ultrasound in diagnosing thyroid cancer, the accurate rate was up to 93.33% , which was of significance statistically. Conclusion The combined diagnosis by Spiral CT and ultrasound for thyroid cancer can improve the diagnosis accuracy.
