摘要
目的观察乳消1号对乳腺增生模型大鼠的组织形态学的影响。方法采用苯甲酸雌二醇联合造模,制成大鼠乳腺增生模型,以乳康片作对照治疗,观察乳消1号对模型大鼠的治疗作用。结果乳消1号能明显减少乳腺增生模型大鼠乳房直径;能改善乳腺结构,减少乳腺小叶及小叶腺泡数,抑制腺泡和导管的增生与扩张,减少腔内分泌物。结论乳消1号对乳腺增生模型大鼠的组织形态学有明显改善作用。
Objective To observe the effects of ruxiao I prescription on histomorphology on hyperplasia of mammary gland in rats. Methods To observe the therapeutical effects of ruxiao I prescription, the models of mammary hyperplasia in rats were established with Estradiol Benzoate and pro- gesterone,compared with the rukang tablets group. Results Ruxiao I prescription could significantly decrease the increased breast diameter of mammary hypeplasia in rats;improve the structure of mam- mary gland,reduce the number of breast leaflets and acini, inhibit the proliferation and expansion of acini and duct, reduce secretions in the glandular cavity. Conclusion Ruxiao I prescription has obvious ameliorating effect on histomorphology on hyperplasia of mammary gland in rats.
