不同术式治疗高血压脑出血132例体会 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨高血压脑出血手术指征、手术时机及手术方式的选择。方法分析1991年6月~2008年6月采用不同手术方法治疗132例高血压脑出血患者临床资料。结果术后功能恢复采用ADL(日常生活能力)分级法Ⅰ级19例,Ⅱ级26例,Ⅲ级29例,Ⅳ级27例,死亡31例。结论选择手术方式,尽早清除血肿,能够有效缓解急性颅内压增高症状,脑出血抢救治疗成功的关键。
