5-溴苯酞合成工艺的研究进展

Progress on Synthetic Technologies of 5-Bromophthalide

摘要 5-溴苯酞是抗抑郁药西酞普兰(Citalopram)的关键中间体。概述了近年来5-溴苯酞的合成工艺及其研究进展。 5-Bromophthalide, which is a key intermediate in the synthesis of antidepressant drug citalopram, was paid more and more attention. The synthetic technologies of 5-bromophthalide as well as research development in recent years were reviewed.
