摘要
通过单因素实验和正交实验相结合的方法对乙醇提取姜黄中姜黄素的工艺条件进行了研究,以提取物中姜黄素的含量为考察指标,筛选出乙醇提取姜黄素的优化工艺条件为:加10倍量75%乙醇,提取2次,每次提取3h,该工艺条件提取姜黄素含量最高达4.91%。
The optimization of extraction process of curcumin from Curcuma longa L was studied using ethanol as extracting solvent based on single factor level test and orthogonal tests. Results showed that the highest content of the extracted eurcumin was up to 4.91% when the curcuma powder was extracted two times with ten time of quantity 75% ethanol solution, each for 3 h.
