摘要
应用Horn氏法测定了苄.甲磺WP毒性,并研究了其对草坪草的安全性,结果表明,苄.甲磺WP雌雄大鼠急性经口LD50值大于5 000 mg.kg-1,急性经皮LD50值大于2 000 mg.kg-1,毒性为低毒级,复配剂的毒性较两单剂没有增强。盆栽试验结果表明,苄.甲磺WP 375 g.hm-2对早熟禾和高羊茅草坪安全,黑麦草敏感;田间试验结果表明,2 500 g.hm-2为细叶结缕草的安全剂量,冷季型草坪草对苄.甲磺的敏感性明显高于暖季型草坪草。
Toxicity of bensulfuron-methyl·metsulfuron-methyl (BMMM) WP was determined by the Horn method of pesticide toxicology. Tests showed that the acute oral toxicity LD50 was above 5 000 mg·kg^-1, and the acute skin toxicity LD50 above 2 000 mg·kg^-1. The results indicated that the toxicity of BMMM was low. The toxicity of BMMM was no higher than each individual herbicide. BMMM's safety on turf-grass was also studied. In potting test, BMMM was safe to Poa annua and Festuca arundinacea, but toxic to Lolium multiflorum at a dose of 375 g·hm^-2. In the field test, the safety dose to Zoysia tenuifolia was 2 500 g·hm^-2. BMMM WP could he more safely applied on summer turf-grass than low temperature varieties.
