邻苯二甲酸对莴苣的化感作用及其作用机理 被引量:9

摘要 以莴苣为试材,研究了邻苯二甲酸对莴苣的化感作用及其作用机理.结果表明,不同浓度的邻苯二甲酸对莴苣种子发芽和幼苗生长均有不同程度的抑制作用,并随浓度的增加,其抑制作用增强,当浓度达到1.5×10-2mol/L,莴苣种子完全被抑制;不同浓度的邻苯二甲酸影响莴苣体内SOD、POD、CAT和Ca2+-ATPase的活性,当邻苯二甲酸浓度为1.0×10-4~1.5×10-2mol/L时,随浓度的增加,SOD活性先下降后上升,POD活性降低,CAT和Ca2+-ATPase活性先上升后下降,MDA含量逐渐增加,细胞膜受到伤害. Allelopathy of 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid on lettuce and its mechanism were researched. The results showed that different concentrations of 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid inhibited lettuce seed germination and seedling growth variably. Its inhibitive effect increased with the concentrations rising. Lettuce seeds were inhibited completely when the concentration was 1.5×10^-2 mol/L. The activities of SOD, POD, CAT and Ca2+-ATPase were affected by different concentrations of 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid. When 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic concent was 1.0 ×10^-4-1.5 ×10^-2 mol/L, with the content rising, SOD activity went up firstly, then went down; POD activity fell; the activities of CAT and Ca2+-ATPase rose firstly, then fell. The content of MDA increased, and the cell membrane was damaged.
