高温胁迫对芍药部分生理生化指标的影响 被引量:11

摘要 以大富贵、丹凤、夕阳映雪3个芍药品种为材料,研究了温度(25、30、35、40℃)胁迫对其部分生理生化指标的影响.结果表明:随着温度的升高,芍药叶片的MDA含量、电导率、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量呈上升趋势;可溶性蛋白质含量、POD活性下降;SOD活性变化不稳定,叶绿素合成受阻.总体而言,随着温度的升高,芍药叶片的MDA含量、可溶性糖含量、电导率3个生理指标的变化趋势比较一致,可作为芍药耐热性的鉴定指标. Effect of high temperature on physiological and biochemical characteristics of peony were investigated, selecting 3 different species of peony as experimental material. The results indicated:with the rising of temperature, the MDA content, the conductivity, the praline content and the soluble carbohydrate content went up; the soluble praline and POD activity went down; the SOD activity was not stable and the synthesis of Chl was obstructed. In general, with the rising of temperature, the MDA content, the soluble carbohydrate content and the conductivity presented a consistent variation trend.Thus, it could be used as identification indicators of peony.
