摘要
目的探讨医院文化熏陶下医师职业性格的成长,为加强培育医师职业人格及人文素质工作提供教育依据。方法采用著名人格量表卡特尔16PF量表,对完成3年新医师轮训前后的新医师分别进行测试比较,分析其心理人格内涵的变化。结果已完成3年新医师轮训的医师在兴奋性上高于一般人,而在怀疑性上低于一般人(P<0.05);对比新医师轮训前,已完成3年轮训的新医师在稳定性、有恒性上较之前有所降低、忧虑性上则高于以往(P<0.05);在乐群性上高于一般医师;在敏感性上仍高于优秀医师,在有恒性上低于优秀医师(P<0.05)。结论新医师在职业性格表现上逐渐向一般医师和优秀医师靠拢,但在一些心理因素上与优秀医师还是有差距的。及时了解医师在从医生涯中其职业性格的成长规律,才能为进一步制定医院医师再培训计划提供依据和针对性的指导,并有利于医院提高卫生人力选聘及继续教育水平。
Objective : Explore the professional character formation of young resident doctors under the edification of hospital culture, and provide educational basis for strengthening professional characters and humanity quality of young resident doctors. Method: The famous personality inventory 16PF was employed to compare the psychological personalities of young resident doctors with and without a period of 3 years of clinical practice. Results : Those resident doctors who have completed a 3 -year clinical practice show a higher excitability, but a lower suspecfivity than average (P〈0. 05). Compared with 3 years ago, those with the experience of clinical practice show a lower stability and persistence, a tenser concern ( P 〈 0.05 ), a higher solidarity than average, a noticing higher sensitivity than outstanding doctors, and a lower persistence than outstanding doctors ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The young resident doctors show a similarity in professional characters to the average and outstanding doctors, but still some distance in certain psychological factors from outstanding doctors. Timely supervision of the formation pattern of resident doctors'professional character is of great significance for a further basis and guidance for the on -job training of resident doctors, and for promoting the talent selection and continuing education for resident doctors.
