摘要
大型煤粉气化炉及废热锅炉通过导管连接成一整体,且气化炉底部裙座固定,在废热锅炉侧采用恒力弹簧吊架吊挂支撑,如采用"常规设计"无法进行承压外壳的强度计算。建立了气化炉与废热锅炉系统的整体计算模型,采用应力分析计算方法进行系统整体动力效应计算,确定了各种载荷工况下的系统整体变形、力和力矩,为准确计算各关键部件的强度,保证气化炉和废热锅炉系统整体的安全奠定了基础。
Through transfer duct, the large powdered coal gasifier and waste heat boiler (WHB) were integrated, but the support skirt of the gasifier base was fixed, while the WHB side was supported by a constant hanger(floating support), thus the "conventional design" is not applicable to the strength calculation of pressure vessels of the system. A model for integral calculation of the gasi- tier and WHB system was set up, to use stress analysis method to calculate the integral dynamic effect. The integral system deformation, force and moment of the gasifier under different loads are determined with this model, which set up a basis for accurate calculation of each key part, and a solid foundation for safe operation of the gasifier and WHB system.
