合成氨装置冷冻负荷影响因素 被引量:1

摘要 针对四川泸天化股份有限公司300 kt/a合成氨装置改造为450 kt/a规模后冷冻系统出现的负荷偏重,冬天、夏天冰机负荷差异太大的现象进行了分析,指出在设计水冷器、选择冷却水基础温度时,需要结合合成系统压力进行准确计算,合理分配水冷、氨冷承担的氨分离负荷,提高氨冷系统的富裕能力,提高冷冻压缩机的富裕能力,以避免冷冻系统负荷过分受制于环境温度,导致系统实际能耗增加。 This paper analyzed the phenomena of heavier load and big load differential between winter and summer of cryogenic system after 300 kt/a ammonia plant was expanded into 450 kt/a in Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd., pointed out that in the design of water cooler and selection of cooling water basic temperature, accurate calculation must be done in combination with synthesis system pressure, in order to rationally allocate ammonia separation by water cooling and ammonia cooling, increase surplus capacities of ammonia cooling and cryogenic compressor to avoid cryogenic system from being overwhelmingly restricted by ambient temperature which results in big deviation of actual energy consumption of the system form the designed value.
