摘要
研究了鸡腿蘑黑斑病病原菌(Verticillium fungicola var.aleophilum)的生物学特性。结果表明,病原菌孢子萌发的最适温度是28℃;菌丝生长最适温度为25℃;光照对菌丝生长无显著影响;实验范围内菌丝生长适宜碳源和氮源分别为葡萄糖和酵母浸粉。
A strain of Verticillum fungicola was isolated from Coprinus comatus fruit bodies infected with black spot disease and its biological characteristics were evaluated. The optimal temperatures for spore germination and mycelial growth were 28℃ and 25℃ respectively. Of several carbon and nitrogen sources tested, glucose and yeast extract respectively were most effective in supporting fungal growth. Different illumination regimes had no significant effect on the mycelial growth of V. fungicola.
